The Center at Campton Corners has several spaces available for lease. Spaces available range in size from 1,100 to 1,700 square feet. Rents vary depending on the size of the space and if the lessor is required to make any improvements.  Tenants are required to sign a lease which is typically for three years. Rents include taxes, common area charges and trash removal.  Tenants are required to add JAMM Realty, Inc. as an additional insured on their liability policy. Most spaces are heated with LP.
