About Us
JAMM Realty, Inc. was established in 1998 for the purpose of developing the former Campton Shopping Plaza into The Center @ Campton Corners.  Major improvements have been made since the acquisition including new roofs, septic system, painting, lighting, landscaping, signage, granite curbing and asphalt work.

Most shops are proprietor owned. We are conveniently located just off exit 28 of I-93. Turn right at the bottom of the exit and turn right again when you see the INFORMATION sign for the Waterville Valley Chamber.

Campton Corners history
The original name for the shopping center was Campton Corners. It was built by a developer in the early 1970's.  Shortly thereafter it was bought by the Dobron family from Philadelphia.  They managed the Campton Shopping Plaza, as they called it, for the next 25 years.  Rocky and Charlene Dobron did well, well enough to send two kids to college and take trips to Sweden and Florida  for vacations.

Some of you may remember the Carrol Reed ski shop or maybe you once bought groceries from Rocky and his trusty side-kick Max at the Quik Pik.

There was once an IGA supermarket that was destroyed by fire in the late 1970's.The GULF convenience mart has previously been a CITGO station, a Texaco station and before that it was Shell gasoline.  In later years, the shopping center was showing it's age.  It was time for change.  JAMM Realty purchased the shopping center in 1998 and the change began.

Our newest tenants are Exit 28 Pizza and DPS Computer. So if you haven't been to The Center @ Campton Corners lately, come by and see what's new.
